Our office policy is to have you call your local pharmacy and they will send the request to our office for approval. Please note: If you have not been treated by our dermatologist in over one year, an evaluation with the dermatologist may be required.
NEW PRESCRIPTIONAll new prescriptions will require an office visit with our dermatologist.
